VibeUp purpose, Hip Hop culture, instructor expectations, brand standards, and the six elements of The VibeUp Method.
Movement + Music
Movement foundations, follow-along delivery, visual and verbal cueing, timing, musicality, phrasing, and transitions.
Fitness + Performance + Community
Fitness application, intensity management, stage presence, community leadership, room awareness, and the two-instructor teaching model.
Teach + Evaluate
Practical teaching, partner coordination, final review, certification evaluation, coaching feedback, and readiness for placement.

You do not have to be the most advanced dancer in the room. We are looking for people who can learn, connect, communicate, stay on beat, work as a team, and make participants feel welcome.
You do not need all of this on day one.
A professional dance resume, DJ experience, or previous group-fitness certification is not required to express interest. Venue, insurance, CPR/AED, licensing, or employer-specific requirements may still apply before placement depending on where you teach.

Instructor level advancement can reflect completed classes, continuing training, verified performance, community participation, leadership, reliability, and expanded capability.
